I had my furnace replaced a little over a year ago was not expecting any problems with the unit but this winter the heater will not turn on for some reason so i put in a service call spoke to a representative he scheduled an appointment for the very next evening.Edsel Perez was the service tech. Very pleasant and knowledgeable about the unit had it fixed in no time. Also was expecting some sort of service charge or parts cost that wouldn't be covered under warranty. I was totally wrong Edsel finished the repair replaced a sensor in the unit never mentioned a cost said it was all covered under warranty.Exceptional customer service!

This review is long overdue as these guys are my go-to AC repairman. In the past 4 years I have had to replace two 15-year-old A/C units, and it's only a matter of time before the 3rd one needs replacing too. These are the guys I call. When our first old unit went out in the middle of summer, Green Leaf was able to get a unit delivered and installed in a turn around of under 32 hours, if not less. Getting a new unit installed with such a fast turnaround for our tenant and their young children was incredible, especially in the middle of summer. A little over a year later, when our own unit went out, we used Green Leaf again for the replacement. When the upstairs unit goes, Green Leaf will be who we call. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our units. Not only do we trust them to do good work, but they diagnose the issue. They don't try to sell us what we don't need. They're honest. We couldn't be more pleased and we're happy to give them our business.

I never leave reviews however, I do have to let people know about the amazing service I was just given for free. I bought my units with them and after 2 years both stopped working. It was on a Friday after 5pm. I called and left a message. Within 10 minutes they called me back. After I described the problem they identified as a clogged drain that trigger the safety switch. They gave me an option to send a tech right but said this could be an easy fix. They provided me detail description on how to fix and even stayed on the phone as I worked on the units. AMAZING!

I can't say enough about these guys; they made me feel at ease about my situation, very attentive, caring and made things happen, even when most other places I called didn't see a possibility, they kept me apprised at every moment, in touch the whole way through. The only AC company I will use. Always prompt and courteous and work done right. In my prior house I had AC issues in my attic that caused ceiling damage. Two other AC companies came out and did not address the issue correctly and had damage again. Called Green Leaf and they came later at night and stayed until it was fixed correctly. In my current home my 20 year old AC croaked past July. Green Leaf purchased two portable AC units for us to use overnight until they could come out and replace my system the next day. They absolutely did not have to do that and I did not ask. They have my business forever unless I move out of their service range.

You should really give these guys a try. I recommend them to all my co-workers and friends. Big discount from the big box guys and I have had less trouble then my neigbors who have also had AC replacements from the other guys. Independent and hard working company. My electric bill are 35% less with the system eddie and his team installed. Not everything when perferct but they were quick to remedy any issues that I have had. We are on year 4 of this system and it's was the best thing I have done to save money. They will also help you if you just need small repairs. Cool guys hope they keep up the services as they grow.

I found Green Leaf by putting out a call for bids on a new AC system on yelp. Eddie was the first to respond and called me within less than 10 minutes to provide a rough estimate. We had previously had a diagnostic and bid that seemed very high for a full system replacement and Eddie made me feel at ease. He offered to come out first thing in the morning, which was a Saturday and happened to be his daughter’s birthday! He came on time and was extremely efficient in explaining what the process would be like for replacing the system. We got a couple more quotes and Green Leaf came in cost-wise around what larger companies were offering.Eddie was professional in explaining things to my wife and I, he was very timely, and his crew got the job done in less time than promised. Green Leaf even offered a better labor guarantee than other companies- two years included. I’ll be having them out in the future for anything else that we need service for on our home.

We are so happy to have discovered Green Leaf AC and Heating. We needed to replace our old, rusted out system and begin collecting quotes from four companies. Josh with Green Leaf came out and didn't just give an estimate of replacement, but analyzed the issues and came up with a plan that solved all our past air flow and humidity problems. The guys who do the installation were on time, hard working, polite and knowledgeable. Josh followed up a few days after installation was complete and inspected the work and got feedback on how the air felt to us in the house. We are ecstatic. Everyone from Green Leaf with whom we came in contact went over and beyond their work requirements.

GREAT service! Would recommend for all your HVAC needs. They were very prompt with my at home consultation to determine what was needed. The tech who came out was knowledgeable and honest. Green Leaf Heating and Air just completed a replacement of our two heating and cooling units, installed air scrubbers and whole house filters. Our 15-year-old AC unit went out one night and we knew it was time to consider replacements. We had two bigger companies come out to give quotes. Eddie, the owner, came out and fixed the issue first, replacing the capicator which gave us some time to consider all the options. He got us a quote the next day and didn’t pressure us in any way. We decided a few weeks later to have Green Leaf do the work. The crew got the job done in a day, were very focused on completing the job on time, hardly taking a break for lunch. The system is running great, can barely hear it and haven’t had to make an adjustment to the thermostat in more than a week. Eddie treated us more than fairly, and we feel like we got a good buy. We would recommend Eddie and his team for repair work or replacement. We will be calling him again when we need maintenance or service.

My AC unit was dripping water off the coils and wasn't blowing very cold air. I called Green Leaf and they came out to investigate for free. It turns out my 12 year old unit was bad and needed replacing. Eddie and his team worked hard to find me a great deal, going that extra mile to find me rebates. In the end I have a better unit, better duct work, and a lower bill. I wish I could give 7 stars.

I called Green Leaf for a second opinion after another vendor recommended replacing my HVAC system instead of repairing it. Green Leaf offered to inspect my system for leaks and help remediate if needed.Little Eddie came out and answered my questions patiently and helped explained where the other tech may have been misled; he also verified that my system was in great condition and might require a smaller repair (more easily verified with a followup in the summertime).I'll definitely continue my service with Green Leaf! I appreciate their work to educate me and identify the root cause, rather than scare me into unnecessary service.

We have used Green Leaf Air Conditioning & Heating for years at our home in Round Rock. Chino is a top of the line service technician and very knowledgeable in knowing what to do when we have ac/heating issues. Another plus is Chino is not just tool belt he does an awesome job when it comes to the customer facing and communication part of the service equation. Outside of service work the installation crews at Green Leaf are top notch hard working professionals as well. They replaced my complete air conditioning and heating system on one of the hottest days of the year last summer (2018) on July 3rd and stayed until the job was completed, everything worked, testing passed and the crew leader took the time to completely explain our new system, the new high tech thermostat and they completely cleaned up after themselves. By the time they left my home is was almost midnight right before being off the next day for a major holiday. I don't see myself using another company for ac and heating issues, winter/summer system checks etc. @ my home while living in the RR area.

The sales guy was very helpful and honest and their staff made sure that I received the rebates even when the manufacturer did not want to honor their own rebates. There were some complicated issues to debug after installation, and when the staff had problems trying to pin point the cause of the problem, the owner Eddie got personally involved and was able to rectify the problem quickly. I had a friend that recommended the company to me and I would definitely recommend this company to other friends and family.

We've been using Greenleaf for several years and have been very satisfied overall. Most recently we had them replace the coils and condenser of one of our a/c units. As usual, the guys showed up on time and performed the tear out and replacement efficiently and professionally in just a few hours. We had to remove some shrubs to access the outdoor unit, and the guys hauled away all of the cuttings as part of their thorough cleanup. Naturally they also hauled away the old units.

He was patient,respectful and knew his stuff. Gave us all the details so we could make the decision. Told us that Josh in sales would come by and talk with us on the proper unit for our house ! Josh called us and came when scheduled. Gave us a temporary AC (R2D2) console unit to keep us comfortable as they could.Scheduled an install of a brand new unit for Wednesday the same week. My 19 year old HVAC system went out on me suddenly on a Friday and flooded my floors. I called another company (who advertises heavily on the radio) to do an after hours evaluation and they told me I had a freon leak after using some kind of wand. The next morning I was quoted 8k+ for a 14 SEER Goodman, which sounded high. Called Green Leaf for a second opinion based on their Yelp reviews, and Little Eddie came out a few hours later, on a Saturday. Did a thorough inspection, confirmed that I needed a new unit, and sent over a quote later in the day for a 17 SEER Trane dual stage system for less than the other company was asking for the lower tier product. Installed Monday and the crew was professional, polite, and quick. They also offered great financing options in comparison. I will definitely be recommending Green Leaf to anyone who needs a quality, local, and fairly priced HVAC company. Thanks, guys!

As usual, the tech from Greenleaf, Chino this time, was on time, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed the problem, checked on the warranty of our unit, and said he would check with the manufacturer to get the replacement part as soon as they were open (it was later Friday evening at the time). Then a tech would be back to install it. I'm glad I found this company.

We called to get an appointment and at first was told it would be the next day. When I explained that the AC was out, they said they would squeeze us in that day. If I could give this company ten stars I would. We recently had to have our evaporator coil re-installed because it was so poorly installed three years ago by another company. Eddie, the owner, quoted me a very fair price and told me exactly what was going to be done. Last week the installers, Leo and Sergio, came to re-install the new coil and make sure all was installed properly and leveled and was draining properly. I have never seen two guys work so hard in 100 degree heat! They were both very polite and professional. And, thank you to John for keeping us informed and following up on everything. For those of you that are looking for a professional, reliable and honest HVAC company, look no farther than Green Leaf. They have earned our business from now on. I'm glad I did research and went with the only honest company (out of 5) who told me I didn't need to replace an entire unit (Thank you to Josh). Tech (Eddie) came out and said I did all the work for him, lol (cause I changed out the capacitor). He checked everything and said there's nothing else wrong (phew). Instead of charging me the service fee to come out, I signed up for the twice a year annual maintenance. Green Leaf AC & Heating is great!! We didn't have to spend thousands of unnecessary dollars!!

I don't typically write reviews but often use them and I can't say enough about Eddie and his team. Last year we had one of our units go out and due to the age of the home and existing systems decided to replace both systems. Green Leaf was extremely well priced and went out of their way to find the best rebates and financing options, the team was professional and did an excellent job. Its been over a year and we haven't had a single issue.The real reason I am writing this review is because of my most recent experience with Eddie and his team. I came to them with a much smaller yet more complicated mini split in a 700 sq/ft house. Despite being a fraction of the size of my previous I received the same level of service and did an amazing job.As a side note the front office staff is second to none in their professionalism and responsiveness.

My air conditioner stopped working on Friday evening. I started calling locally owned businesses for quotes on Saturday morning and was impressed with Josh. Called Greenleaf late afternoon for a malfunctioning AC unit. Eddie was scheduled to arrive between 5-7 PM. He arrived at 5:30 PM and began diagnostics. Eddie is a dedicated professional and was able to diagnose the problem. After replacing the AC thermostat, the unit functioned normally! I appreciated the courtesy and respect demonstrated by everyone at Greenleaf, from the first call, scheduling, and Eddie’s visit. I’m a Greenleaf forever customer for sure!

The two man crew shoulded up on time to replace my AC. They were professional and knowledgeable. I didn't want to use the plastic AC pad and instead wanted to use my existing concrete pad. They had no problem with that request even though they had to make some adjustments to it. Awesome job guys.

I come home to the dreaded A/C on and getting hotter by the minute. Then, I go outside to see the outside unit making funny noises and the fan not rotating... Now to find someone who I can trust to fix my A/C unit without too much hassle or inconvenience. I called 3 places after reading google reviews, and Val la, Green Leaf pops up. I call, they said, "we can have someone out from 3-5. It was 3:02. Super happy about that.Then, about 20 minutes later, I receive a text message that Chino was on the way. Great start for communication and promptness. I walk outside and get a handshake from Chino, "good afternoon Mr. Patterson" (shows he took the time to read and remember my name)he asked a few questions, and we walked over to the A/C. I hovered over him (probably annoying to him, but he was awesome, and answered all my questions with a great deal of patience) and asked a few questions about how to check what's wrong etc. He figured out he issue in about 20-25 seconds and showed me exactly what was wrong with an electrical device. He then went to his truck and grabbed the needed capacitor. He put in the new capacitor in about 3-4 minutes, and made sure to measure the fan motor and show me the results. He then, typed a few things in his phone, and put popped an invoice. In and out in 20 minutes with a prompt, professional electrician who was calm, courteous, and patient. 20 Stars for Chino, and green leaf. Thanks for renewing my hope in the service industry, and making my wife happy. :)

We were under time constraint to get a qualifying AC installed to satisfy a lender before closing. Greenleaf gave a competitive bid Fri morning. They said on Monday afternoon they could install Tues. Two young men arrived on time, finished a little earlier than projected and departed with the unit running as designed. Greenleaf sent a courier to my apt on Wed to transfer funds and all was cleared by Thurs morning for a scheduled closing on Fri. All went well. One would think it was planned. Good sales team and install overall.While there were a few problems very early on, Ed was quickly on it and resolved the issues with no additional charges for some new equipment that he installed to ensure that the system was properly working. Ed came to the house later that week and did a new owner orientation with me and made sure everything was up to spec. This was a huge purchase and they were the best price out of the 4 bids we got from local companies. We are happy sofar (only been 2 full weeks) as to how well the system has worked. Only time will tell and we are hoping to get at least 15-20 years of service out of it.

The company as a whole is fantastic! Staff that answered my call on day 1 was very nice, she took my info and actually got me scheduled for the same day. She also gave me instructions to follow so when the technician got here he could start finding the problem (I had to turn off my ac unit cuz it was frozen up and technician would not be able to tell what was wrong if it's all frozen). When the technician got here he was super cool, very laid back easy going. I explained what happened and what other problems we have been having and he went right to work. About 30-45 minutes later we were talking about the problem and how to fix it. He said the staff would contact me to schedule a day to come and do the work (it was pretty extensive work), within a hour I had a email with the cost. I replied back, agreeing to the terms, that was followed up with a phone call saying they can come out on Saturday 10-12 to complete the work. They got her close to on time, and completed the work a little over 1 hour later. They were first class, they vacuumed up and mess they made, even picking up a tiny piece of insulating out on the driveway. I dealt with office staff, one technician and then the construction crew on Saturday. All of these people were a pleasure to work with, they did everything possible to get us fix up and running cold air again. They did it fast, amazing price and super respectful. We dealt with them once before and had a great experience, in this kinda business when you find a good AC guy you keep that number close. My dad recommended Green Leaf to me (they had done some work for him a couple weeks ago and he was very satisfied). I went with somebody else who cpuld get out here slightly faster. I will try to make a very long multi-day story much shorter, Greenleaf came out after two visits from other repair people, AND fixed the problem correctly.. I can't recommend them highly enough. I was being told I needed an entirely new system for thousands of dollars when it was literally a screw was loose. Eddie is amazing! I highly recommend Greenleaf their troubleshooting expertise is heads and shoulders above the competition. Also, listen to your Dad. ;)

We just had Edsel come by to look at our AC unit. He was a very friendly and professional guy. It's an old system so we were dreading the news about what was wrong. Turns out we just had a very dirty and clogged up unit that needed a good ol' clean. Looks like we have a little longer to save up for a new unit. Thank you, Edsel! And thank you, Green Leaf! My AC was blowing cool air and the fan was not coming on in my outside unit. I was worried that it might be time to replace the outside unit. Anyway, I called and made an appointment to have a Green Lead Tech come out and assets the situation. Chino Sanchez arrived at my house and asked me a couple of questions about what was going on then he immediately goes into my attic where my 3 ton unit is located and noticed that my drain line was clogged and needed be flushed. As soon as he did that my fan and outside unit came on and it’s still on 😊 Anyway Chino advised me when I change my AC filter every 30 days to also flush out the drain from any build up with some white vinegar or bleach. He said your unit should be running fine now but if something else were to happen then give then a call and they will be back at my address asap. I’ve been using Green Leaf Services for a couple of years now and from Eddie and his staff are all on point and they really care about their customers. I truly recommend Green Leaf to anyone who’s looking for some honest people that won’t give them the run around and they will work with you like Eddie-has done for me in the past. Again thank you Chino Sanchez for your helping me and my family sleep better tonight 😊😊

Called Green Leaf, at first for a second opinion. The receptionist (Ariel) was prompt, answered my initial concerns and followed up when more technical information was required. After a previous contractor misinformed me and improperly installed a unit, I requested a service call. Edzel showed up and was very friendly and approachable to my concerns and needs. He took a deeper look and recommended work to be done.After reviewing other quotes, I decided to stick with Green Leaf. The reason was the quote was "mid-range", not too low such that the job is not done well, and not too high such that they are just going after money. As well as the professionalism demonstrated by Edzel on site. Everything was documented by taking pictures so that it could be relayed to his supervisors and get feedback on his analysis. This "double check" helps, to get things right the first time.I like they notified me at each stage as well as with who was on route. The e-mail contains a small bio on the person arriving at your door, notified via text, and with the larger install, a call on the estimated arrival time. The install went well, and this is another place Green Leaf shinned from my previous company experience. After the previous contractor took a "brute force" approach on the air handler and cut / re-wired to get one function working, Green Leaf took the time to correctly re-wire it and get the entire unit working. This surprised me as they had only installed the condenser but went above and beyond to fix a different component (no fault of theirs) at no charge. They had my homes best interest in mind to get everything working that day. Such that the owner (Eddie) called to follow up on the job and any further concerns I may have.I would gladly recommend them and re-hire them if needed.

Last night, our inside AC unit froze over, let it defrost and it happened again today. So called these guys up and Chino came by to service our AC unit. He was a very professional person! He checked our refrigerant levels (which turned out to be okay), motors, and gave the system a full checkup. He was unable to find any faults in the system, other then it may have been a full filter (only 2 months old) or perhaps the inside fan was going out (checked the capacitor and everything was within tolerance). He did not try to up-sell me services that I did not need nor did he charge me for this visit! Made a recommendation that we should start to look into upgrading our system (18+ years old unit). Very impressed with the professionalism shown. I will be sure to use them for any of my AC/Heating needs! Thanks Green Leaf!

Sean Bedfordin the last week-EditOur A/C Thermostat was not activating my A/C unit if I switch it to the Auto position. My wife was told by some people that Green Leaf A/C and Heating were very professional and they treat their customers right. My wife called them up and withing an hour Larry Vela one of there most experienced techs shows up at my door. He quickly did an assessment of our unit and immediately told us that we needed a new thermostat. He gave us a great price for a new one, went back to his office and picked up the new one, and installed it all within an hour. Did I mention they do not charge a service fee for coming out to your home :) Larry also said my unit was clogged and he unclogged it for free as well. If you are looking for a company that treat their customers with respect and go over and beyond on fixing the problem then look no further than Green Leaf. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating but unfortunately this rating only goes up to 5 :)

Green leaf came through again. I got home late last night to a 100 degree house. I emailed them and they had someone out by 9:30am and by 11:30 it was fixed. I have had nothing but great experiences with this company.

Called them based on a friends service the same day. Not only did I get outstanding service I got the owner. He came out within about 30 minutes and was able to resolve an issue but also provided sound advice that we are taking advantage of regarding the original install work..
